Social connection isn’t just nice, it’s necessary for aging well.

In a recent podcast episode, I was joined by Deb Bibbins, founder and CEO of For All Ages, to talk about the profound impact loneliness can have on aging adults.

One of the most important key points in our conversation was understanding the physiological and psychological effects of loneliness, particularly its association with increased risks of dementia and other chronic diseases.
